At Autism Plus Knaresborough, we aim to make the referral process straightforward and efficient, ensuring individuals receive the support they need as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Initial Contact

To refer someone to our service, please fill out the referral form with the required details, including contact information and a brief overview of the individual’s support needs. Please ensure you have their consent to share this information with us.

Step 2: Review

Once we receive the referral, we’ll carefully review the provided information. If we need further details, we will get in touch. We will then reach out to discuss the next steps.

Step 3: Assessment

We will arrange an initial meeting with the individual to understand their needs more fully and determine how best we can support them within our enterprises.
