At Autism Plus we strive to make the referral process as simple and efficient as possible.

Step 1: Initial Contact

If you know someone who could benefit from our services, please complete the form with the necessary details, including contact information, and a brief description of their support needs.
Ensure that you have the individual's consent to share their information with us.

Step 2: Review

Once we receive the referral, we will review the information provided. We may contact you for additional details if needed. If we are able to help, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Step 3: Assessment

We will arrange an initial meeting with the individual to discuss their needs and determine how we can best support them.
